To be concerned with all aspects of civil practice, including arbitration, differentiated case management, mediation and other dispute resolution programs in Camden County. In addition, maintains liaison between the Bench and Bar of Camden County and provides forum for discussion of matters of mutual interest and concern.
Commercial Debtor-Creditor Relations Committee
Coordinates the debtor/creditor practice between the Bench and Bar in Camden County. It is designed to exchange information between the Bench and practitioners, which is generally accomplished at the Committee’s luncheons held every other month.
Coordinates the Family Law Practice between the Bench and Bar in Camden County. It is designed to exchange information between the judges assigned to the Matrimonial Bench and practitioners.
Acts as a liaison between the Association and holders of public office to advance the interests of Association members in matters over which such officials have input or control.
Concerned with the Municipal Court practice in Camden County and matters relating to same as they involve the attorneys who practice in the Municipal Courts.
Concerned with developing ways and means of addressing the growing problem of a lack of courtesy, civility and competence in dealings between attorneys, and between attorneys and the Courts.
Reports to the State Bar and NJ Supreme Court U.P.L. Committees any situation coming to its attention which it considers may involve unauthorized practice, prepares written memoranda based upon its factual investigation and legal analysis, and develops programs discouraging such practice.
Comprised of lawyers who have an interest and concern in this area of practice and developments, which may occur from time to time that impact upon attorneys and their clients in this area.
Comprised of lawyers 35 years old or younger, or five years or less at the Bar of New Jersey. Concerned with problems and interests unique to the younger and new practitioner.
